It was much smaller than I realized it would be. It flew easily, but within half an hour the reinforced corners were ripped out so the braces slid out. It was nice while it lasted. It is not worth $21.95 and my grandaughter was disappointed that it broke so soon.
I bought this for my 5-year old daughter. I know next to nothing about kites, but I liked the shape, and thought it would fly pretty well in slight wind.
It didn't hold the wind quite as well as I thought, and it's hard to hold steady in light breeze, but we still had a great time with it. My daughter liked how it circled, and got the hang of it after 4 or 5 tries.
We're not serious flyers, but we had a lot of fun with this kite!
My son-in-law was really excited to receive this gift for xmas, or else his acting is improving considerably. A real hit and a way that he can play with his 3 yr old son and make a memory!
