These are perfect for any active activity with their form fitting but not tight comfortable fit, wicking capabilities and all around scent control. I order one size up for best fit. Worth the money.
I have a 44 inch waist and got the 2xl . It fits nice border line on 2XL or 3XL. They have a fly and Tommy Copper does not. There was no shrinkage when washed. I wish L.L.Bean had a better size and color selection.
I usually buy medium for the mostly cotton boxer/brief. These seem to be sized smaller with lots of stretch built in. I went up 1 size to get the fit I want. One review suggested 2 sizes up but that was too much for me, they were loose.
