I wear these under athletic shorts primarily when weightlifting and jogging. By far my favorite undergarment in terms of comfort and support. Will be buying another pair.
I bought these for a couple of reasons: first, I already knew what kind of quality I was getting because of the UA brand, and I was not disappointed at all. Good fit, breathes good and keeps me warm without sweating, gives a nice snug feel; second, I had a coupon and ended up getting this pair for $10 and what's not to like about that? Always happy with UA and I like shopping at LLB when I can.
My son runs high school track. Consequently, he needs a breathable but "tight" brief to hold in his private parts. He says these work great! I think they'd work well for basketball players too.
