Bought six of them for using at the beach and have been using for a year. Very comfortable and I like that they are rated to 300lbs. I'm 6'2" and they are comfortable.
One thing they should do, is hinges and rivets are steel while everything else is aluminum. The steel is rusting. They should do in galvanized or stainless steel (even if its adds a couple dollars) or in aluminum.
I really like this chair. Very good back support. The back could be a little taller. Probably wouldn't carry it on my back. There is a piece of metal that would press into my upper back. I think it will be great to sit in at the campgrounds.
This chair is most comfortable for both camp and beach. It provides a reasonable amount of recline capacity with a minimum of mechanism. It is also very durable. However, it is not comfortable for carrying. The carry straps (which doubles as the recliner straps) loop through a metal U that, unfortunately is placed in such a way that it digs into ones upper vertebrae while in carrying mode.
As long as you don't have to carry it far, the product is great.
