I use this chair at the beach. It is so comfortable and it is extremely easy to get out of the chair while it is on sand. I have received many compliments.
We own four of these chairs and there are only 2 of us. The best beach, campfire, camping chair around - even if you have back problems. I would recommend them to everyone.
Having sat in well over a dozen of chairs in this category, at Beans as well as campsites, concerts, and BBQs here, there, and everywhere, my vote goes to this chair. It's extremely comfortable, with good lumbar support, and the fabric has just the right combination of support and drape to the back and seat. The construction is top notch, with good fabric and sturdy stays. Gripes? Nothing major, but the wood arms mark up easily, and the backpack straps are next to worthless (it's far easier to sling the chair over a shoulder, where it carries quite comfortably). Some people say the strap mechanism slips, but I haven't had this issue. Overall, a comfortable seat is no small pleasure in the outdoors, and this is it!
