Once again this object is on vacation with me. Small enough to fit into my Bean messenger bag and bright enough to light up the way about the dark motel rooms at night. A great alternative to the bulky torches.
This light is kept in an automobile glove compartment. It is the only one I've had which hasn't had batteries corrode! I use it rarely, but, in the 2 years I've had it, it has worked flawlessly when needed. In spite of the directions to recharge every 3 months, I've recharged once in 2 years. It holds the charge well, and lights when needed.
I bought five of these for kids aged 5-6 years old. They are uniformly crazy about these items. The lights get kids away from the TV, and caused them to use their imaginations. (Spending hours in the basement "Finding things", or using the lights as cell-phones, or microphones). They call the lights "magic lights".
