I got my husband one of the mini crank flashlights for Christmas as a stocking stuffer. It was so cute and works so well that I ordered another one for myself.
It's come in very handy to keep by the back door. When I go out to close the chickens up at night, I don't have to worry about whether or not the batteries are still good.
I'm thinking about ordering another one to keep in my car since the two in there right now have dead batteries.
This flashlight is extremely versatile and very handy!! Recently we had a major snowstorm which caused us to lose electricity. Since the crank flashlight can be carried very easily in your pocket because it is small and compact, I was not without light while I waited for the electricity to be restored. Using this flashlight also requires you to burn a "few calories" since you must crank the handle to have light!! However, it is not hard to do and not having to mess with the cost and replacement of batteries is really great!!The choice of colors that the flashlight comes in is also a plus for the consumer. The LED light is bright and clear. I'm glad I bought this handy easy to hold flashlight.
Orginally I bought these for my children who both kept falling asleep with their flashlights on and killing the batteries on their old flashlights. However upon receiving them my husband and I realized that these crank flashlights would be great to keep in our emergency car kits. The kids love them and we do too.
Our 6 year old triplets love their new crank flashlights! We were constantly having to change the batteries in their bed side flashlights, as they would fall asleep with them on while reading in bed. This was the perfect solution & will have many other uses too! These would also make great birthday gifts to keep on hand for any age!
