This is not a shirt to wear to the office but it's an excellent one to take on tropical vacations. Order a size up though if you don't want it too tight. It does wrinkle but a little shower steam helps them fall out.

Bought two of these shirts ( shell pink & white) for a Call of the Wild backpacking trip in Yosemite! Awesome for sun protection, wicks well for cooling and lightweight for drying! LOVE them!
We're supposed to limit our exposure to the sun and it isn't easy when I'm kayaking on the rivers here in Florida. Sunscreen can be yucky and wears off, but this long sleeved shirt should do the trick! I usually wear a medium and so that's what I ordered and it fits perfectly! I love the pockets and the "air vents" in both front and back. I haven't worn it yet but I'm sure it will suit me just fine. Not bulky or hot under my PFD with plenty of paddling freedom. I can't yet say it "performed as expected," but there's no reason why it shouldn't.
I have been wearing these shirts for years and have found them durable and comfortable. I like the new slimmer body design. The rubber buttons are a bit harder to manipulate, but I don't see that as a major problem.
