This blouse was too difficult to button! I returned it. The buttons are made our of a rubber and do not slip into the buttonholes or maybe the holes were too small/ buttons too big. No pleased.
This new style runs much smaller than women's Tropicwear shirts from previous years and is very fitted. Since I travel internationally multiple times a year, especially to tropical climates, I prefer the look and non-restrictive feel of the traditional boxy fit .
While the shirt looks nice, function should preempt fashion. Bring back the old style!
I switched to this shirt after another manufacturer reduced the size of the front pockets on their sun shirts.
These shirts have large square pockets that I can actually get a cell phone into!
I wish they were a bit more fitted through the torso/waist. When I tuck them into riding breeches, they blouse out over the waistband too much.
My only real complaint is that the buttons are tacky and difficult to push through the button holes. Either the holes should be larger, or the buttons should be smoother.
oh so soft and light weight; oh so nice to wear. I haven't yet worn this particular shirt in the summer, but I have worn it this winter over an undershirt. This kept me quite comfortably warm while indoors. Sleeves are slightly long for me, but I'm happy to be able to wear it all year round!
