I never expected the shirt to be this nice. The XS fit is perfect, as usually Bean's shirts run large. The feel of the light weight material is so soft, the many pockets, roll up tab sleeves, plus the UV protection are just what I'm looking for in a travel item. Was surprised and pleased with the color being a much lighter yellow than pictured. Now, if it launders & packs as suggested, it'll get a AAAA + .
had high hopes for this shirt but have been unable to wear. Not for hot, humid weather, fabric is far too heavy. Ended up just tying around my waist, instead of carrying it around.
This shirt is nicely styled, but the buttons are not functional. Slightly rounded and made of a rubbery material, they are impossible to get in or out of the buttonholes without using both hands. If you're wearing the shirt and want to roll up the sleeves, good luck trying to unbutton the cuffs with one hand! Needless to say, I will be returning this shirt.
