I use this shirt as a cover up at the beach. It protects me from the sun and the multiple pockets are very handy. It's well made, very cool and dries quickly. It is lined with a netting material on the top across the chest and back for ventilation. My only complaint about the shirt is that the netting is mildly scratchy and feels heavy. I had a previous version of this shirt and the netting was softer and more comfortable. I hope LL Bean can go back to the softer netting.
