Wore these shirts on mytrip to Rome, they were comfortable, easy to wash and a quick dry. With the long sleeves could wear with or without sweater and because of the roll up feature, if I was to warm could just roll up. The pockets made it easy to carry valuables without carrying a purse I love these shirts have them in white , pink,blue, and green great sun protection too! How can you lose?
I really like the fit, color, and length of this shirt, but those buttons are a nightmare. Why use rubberized buttons? However, being a resourceful person, I replaced all of them with 'regular' buttons and can now happily wear this shirt. However, if you aren't inclined to fuss with buttons that don't want to slip through the buttonholes, or if you have arthritis, or cold fingers, and you aren't willing to replace the buttons, you may want to pass on this.
This is the third shirt of this type that I have purchased. Have used them in Africa where the humidity was extremely high so I washed the shirt each night. It was dry by morning and was very comfortable. This one will go on my next trip. My only complaint is the plastic buttons which are hard to use with arthritic hands but the benefits of the shirt are worth it.
