I love these shirts! I live in California and I'm trying to keep the sun off of my arms to save my skin! I keep one in my car to throw on when driving, wear one while riding my bike to work and use them for hiking. The ventilation keeps me surprisingly cool considering when it's hot the last thing you want is a long sleeve shirt!
I have a couple of these but in an older style. This newer style has a 'shape' when worn, doesn't hang straight. I still have the other but prefer this one. I take it when we travel and also use them as cover-ups during the summer when in air conditioning. They do not wrinkle easily and dry quickly. A real plus when traveling!
I bought a flint blue in the medium (the size I usually wear) and a dark celadon in the small (because I liked the color). Turns out the small was large enough, and the celadon is gorgeous.
The flint blue was lighter in actuality than appears onscreen. LLBean, please make this fantastic shirt available in darker colors, such as purple and navy.
I bought the shirt in flint blue, which is several shades lighter than pictured. The color is pretty. It is very comfortable and the medium fits me true to size. I washed and dried as directed on the label. A cool iron took care of the minor wrinkles. I am looking forward to taking it on vacation this winter and expect it will become one of my favorite shirts.
