ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, easy to "use"
The light weight makes it very comfortable in warm weather. I especially like the fact that the roll-up sleeve tabs have snaps instead of buttons—much easier to do in a hurry. It came through the washer/dryer with no need to iron. And it looks dressy enough to wear out to dinner.
I have several of these shirts. I use them all the time, sometimes as a blouse, sometimes as a light jacket. They offer great protection from the sun for those people who have to be careful of UV rays. They are also styled to look attractive.
Several years ago I bought this shirt in several colors for myself and my husband. I seem to have left the celadon colored shirt in Swedish Lapland and finally broke down and ordered another in celadon. I am disappointed in the new design which includes rubbery buttons, which come open easily when a purse is worn cross-body or a backpack pulls; the new collar, which does not look as nice, and the straight cut (the least of my complaints). I still love the performance of this shirt but wish the former style would be reinstituted!
