Just got back from 8 days fly fishing in Colorado...wore this shirt each day while fishing. I first ordered a small but returned it for a medium before the trip. It is described as slightly fitted so I tried out both sizes, decided that the bit larger one would work better for fly fishing casting (freedom of movement). Worked like a charm. I sun burn easily so there was no need for sunblock on my arms with this shirt. It dries very quickly after a rain shower and is not too warm when standing out in the river in the sun!
I just tried on my new tropicwear shirt and my first impression is "awesome." I wanted the long sleeved one to wear over tees, so I got the large for my med body. I would say the shirts run true to size. I want to be able to move in my clothes so I tend to go bigger. I got the yellow which is a nice color. This will be perfect. The sleeves are long, but I like that over being short. The body of the shirt is shirt-tail length which I like as well. I will be getting more of these shirts for sure.
This shirt washes beautifully and I love the pale pink color. I particularly like the roll up sleeve tab feature. I ordered the XS and it is true to size.
This is a nice shirt and exactly what I need. It's lightweight, quick drying, pretty, fits well and keeps the sun off of me so I don't need to use sunscreen on my arms or torso which I really appreciate. Only got it about 3 wks ago but have worn it many times since then for boating, kayaking, walking on the beach. I had ordered a size medium as I measure the larger measurements for size Small and the fabric does not have lycra in for stretch but I had to get the size Small which fits perfectly so I would say this runs true to Beans' size chart. I'm 5ft 5in and 134 lbs. Got the light pink which goes with my beige, sage or blue quick dry pants. The price is way less than big name outdoor clothing companies (by about $30.). I'm glad that I bought this. And I also danced Zumba tonight on the beach with it on over my bathing suit! What fun!
