I really like this shirt. It is both functional and stylish. It seemed to run a little big, even though it is slightly fitted, so I ended up exchanging for an extra small (I usually wear an 8). The fit is flattering. The fabric is very comfortable and feels good to the touch. The sleeves are designed to roll-up easily for very hot weather. I would recommend this to anyone who needs sun protection for working outside.
I already own two of these for men and they are absolutely the best. It's been over 100 degrees here for the past several days and these shirts are absolutely a necessity. First they are very well made, I wear my light blue one to work with a tie and no one knows this is a sun shirt!!! I love the velcroe closures on the pockets, this is where my cell phone goes when on the boat so no worries about it going overboard. The fit is great. I own one Med Tall and Large Tall. The medium tall is for work, the large gives me extra length in the sleeve for kayaking etc. You WON'T be disappointed in this shirt and the price is amazing. My wife is very fair skinned and this will give her great protection. I also have been swimming in this shirt and what is awesome is how quickly it dries after getting out of the water!!! I can see this being the go to shirt for boaters, hikers, kayakers or anyone who is out in the extreme heat and sun. This shirt does not look like the typical 'sun shirt' - it actually is tailored and can be worn, like a sweater, to work. It has the sun protection that my pale, northern European skin needs, and is comfortable. The color is exactly as described. The only fault is sizing - it is on the small side... so order a size up!
