I got this shirt for my daughter who loves to fish.She and her siblings come from a long line of fishermen and they take this sport seriously.They will be in Key Largo in July and all are preparing for the exposure. She loved the first tropicwear shirt I got her and requested to swap out another one of her birthday gifts for the second shirt that we just received. The material and construction are of quality and the styling is great too. Love all Bean products.Her brothers have tropicwear shirts too.
I now have two of these shirts as well as three of the short sleeve version. They're comfortable to wear, easy to take care of and versatile with two sleeve lengths. I'd like to see a mauve or deep rose color become available. If you want to feel comfortable and casual in warm weather this is a good value.
I have 4 LL Bean SunSmart long sleeve shirts, bought 4 years ago, and love them. I am 5'2", 53yo, and wear P12. The older shirts' length and arm length fit appropriately. I have both size M and L, to be worn fitted or loosely as a coverup. The proportions of this style are all wrong. The arm length comes to my fingertips and the length is way too long. I can't make it work, so back they go. Please consider offering petite sizes of this shirt!
