I was pleasantly pleased with this shirt. The fabric is surprisingly soft and thin. I wore it all week at a family camp where I was constantly in the sun. It packs well and is relatively wrinkle free. The pockets are a nice touch, and I was happy with the contouring. I am a petite small and have problems with clothing looking too baggy on me. 5' 108lbs. I have always been obsessed with sunscreen and this makes a wonderful alternative to sticky lotions. There was some slight pilling.
I loved the material: light weight and soft. However, the shirt was tight across the back and the arms were too short. So I would not be able to play golf init. It fit fine if I didn't have to mvoe for a physical activity. Too bad, because I wanted to keep it.
Since this shirt only came in regular sizes and not petite, I found the sleeves way too long. It is also too fitted so the shoulders are wide but it's too tight around the middle.
I needed a shirt with sun protection since I am in the sun in my car going to and from my job. I bought this shirt, and I love it. I usually wear a medium in Bean clothing, but I bought the shirt in a large so it will fit over whatever I'm wearing. I highly recommend this shirt.
