I ordered the medium tote in pink with dark pink initials. When it arrived, it had grease stains on a bottom corner, and the monogram was in white thread and barely visible. I called customer service immediately. They not only sent out a replacement tote with the correct thread, but they reimbursed the entire cost of the tote. Outstanding customer service!
Cute, cute. But smaller than I expected even though I tried to envision its size based on the dimensions in the description. Love the color and leather handles. I plan to use it when I just need to carry my wallet, phone and brush.
I love the looks of the bag; impeccably constructed, but the large should be called "jumbo." It was much too big for my purposes as carrying for an airline carry-on. Also, the handles are not long enough to use as shoulder straps. In a tote this large, should have been offered with shoulder staps, because the weight of a fully packed bag of this size is too much to carry at the elbows.
Would like to see it offered with a zipper closure and a pocket.
I love the looks of the bag, but I shouild have ordered the medium size, and sewn in my own zipper and pocket.
Please note, my observations are from my own experience, and are not the fault of the bag. Please assess your OWN needs and size/weight requirements before purchasing.
Before my next vacation, I'll order the medium size, so it will comfortably fit under the seat in front of me! :>)
