This is a very nice-looking note. I received compliments when using it. However, there is one omission, in my estimation: there should be some sort of a small (preferably zippered) place inside. There is nothing--therefore, no place for pen, ID, Kleenex, credit card, etc. This is a bit serious because there is certainly no need of a purse/bag along with this tote. Another thing: I didn't pay enough attention to the measurements given. I got a medium, but a small one would have been sufficient.
I ordered the middle sized pink patchwork madras tote. It is perfect for carrying schoolwork and papers back and forth. It is LL Bean sturdy and good-looking! I added the monogram and love it!
