I bought this binocular harness for my wife as she is an amateur photographer. When out and about she has had difficulty with a single strap attached to her camera. It swings to and fro thus becoming impossible to grasp in that moment of capturing a great shot. This harness has alleviated that problem as her camera attaches to the harness rings and remains within grasp whereby she can with ease lift it from her chest to eye for that special moment to capture. I would say a good investment for both bird watchers and shooters (camera shooting that is).
