This review comes two fold. I had logged on to purchase a Katadhin Belt (LLBean) for my son. Apparently this belt is no longer available....so perusing through the remainder of your belts, I found this one. It's theme fit...so I ordered for my son. When it arrived it was not long enough, so sadly it was returned and I had to search for him elsewhere. (LLBean, Please pick up some 'extended' sizes...) My husband, upon seeing this belt...expressed interest in having one. Hence, I ordered. My husband still checked this over carefully when it arrived (having seen a cheaper version sold on line via a different retailer and not liking the shell attachment thinking it would pull through) and was satisfied that LLBean's would hold up over the long run. It is an absolutely beautiful belt. Love the texture. The shellshot is attached well so this should hold up. It fits well and looks nice. He is pleased.
I love the color of this belt: its is reddish brown with regions of dark brown. The coloring makes it look natural. Besides the color, it is at once soft but feels strong when worn.
