Purchased 6 for my employees and had engraved with their names. I'm disappointed that their names were engraved on the back of the bottle in smaller letters than the huge LL Bean logo on the front. Online pics give the impression that the engraving would replace the LL Bean logo. Neither does the description state that the logo would remain. While done nicely, it looks like the engraving was an afterthought with the only place left to stick it is on the back of the bottle. Otherwise, they are very pretty. I never used it, so can't rate performance. Would've given 1 star but Customer Service said I could return them. Hope that's truthful.

Great product although it does make a little noise when you drink out of it, but that is to be expected. Doesn't bother me. Very durable although the paint does chip off over time. But I tend to use mine a lot and throw it around. Great product though and not make of plastic so I love it!!
I had this bottle last year and used it every weekend horseback riding. I would just attach to the saddle and go. I put it in the freezer and ruined the bottom of it... that is why we are ordering more. Don't put it in the freezer. Another note: it is not going to keep anything cold or hot. Also, it sweats terribly. I still love it. It does make a whistling noise when drinking which the horses learned to ignore. ha.
