I bought several of these as gifts for my husband, son, and son-in-law. They all work in the heat and cold and need to carry water or other drinks all the time. They always have carried throw away bottles and these seem much more efficient. I love my containers I have purchased so I knew they would find these durable as well as temperature and cost effective.
I purchased this in pink, monogrammed, for my first grade granddaughter. Her school requires a bottle for each child, to be left in the classroom, given our hot climate. Since the bottles are sterilized in a dishwasher, I wanted the sturdiness and durability of stainless. I bought all four of my little granddaughters the camelback BPA free for home use.
I bought myself one of these, and my brother loved it so much, I bought one for him and sent it as a surprise. The cozy you can get for it also fits a regular H20 bottle, if you are not a green person. The cozy keeps it from sweating, water stays cool a long time. I take mine to work all the time.
I like this canteen, but my only problem with it, is when the canteen gets turned on its side or up side down, it leaks out of the drinking spout and it shouldn't do that. It should be completely sealed until the spout is opened. It does keeps drinks cold for awhile.
