I have always been very satisfied with the quality of LLbean products and service so it came as a surprise when I ordered their canteen and found that it leaks at the top. I also had them engraved, and unlike the scripture online, the names were very tiny and not worth the extra expense. Although it is made with solid material, the drinks remain cold for only a short time and they do not tell you(for an additional price) it's best to order the huggie to keep it cold longer.
bottle keeps drinks cold. BUT, it makes a irritating noise when used. (sounds like a gerbil) My kids wont use it at school. They also have complained it leeked in their backpck.
