Great product. Easy to use, easy to clean. Resolved the noise noted by other reviewers by making sure top pulled up securely. Great for work and travel.
This canteen iitself is great. Stainless steel keeps the water fresh all day. The problem I have is that it chirps when I am drinking. If I am in a room with other people, the noise is loud and rather embarassing. I like the fact that you do not have to unscrew the top to drink. That is the reason I bought this model, so I could use it while driving, or walking without taking the top off. I would not recommend this model.
I recently purchased another canteen and cozies for this canteen and others that I have purchased. At first I didn't think the cozy would be necessary ---- but I soon found out they are needed. Works great, keeps things cold without freezing the hand.
What I like about this environmentally friendly water bottle is that it has a sports cap. Believe it or not, I had trouble finding a water bottle like this that had a sports cap. However, it's very noisy to drink from.............that's somewhat disturbing. I usually get lots of looks from people around me whenever I take a swig. It's a bit embarrassing! I'm typically a fan of L.L. Bean quality, so I am a bit disappointed by this.
