I ordered these the night before Washington, DC's second big snowstorm, and LL Bean had them to me in 3 days with standard shipping. I used them on my commute into the city from Virginia since no public transportation was running. And while I had never snowshoed in my life, these were easy, light, and exceptionally strong. I literally had people stopping me to offer to buy them off my feet, since I was the only thing moving on the roads! Best purchase I have made at LL Bean, hands down.
First time user of snowshoes - had a great experience with these. They were very easy to fit to my boots - easy to put on and take off. Would recommend them.
These snowshoes were great for my height, only 5'2", I had no difficulty navigating these in the snow! They have two sets of grips on the bottom of the shoe which improved my ability to climb hills and enjoy the outdoors! Got some great exercise!
