I have been using the canteen for 2 weeks and I feel that I got a very good deal. I would recommend this to someone who is looking for a large water container.
I have been wanting a water container to take water to work. Plus, my doctor has been wanting me to try and drink more water so I purchased this canteen because of the size. This takes care of both of these issues.
I have done everything to this water bottle thrown it across gravel dropped repeatedly on to cement launched it from my backpack and used as weight to get my rope around a high up tree branch. it still holds water just fine. even if it isn't as pretty as it was when i started.
Nice design and a good wide mouth which is great for ice cubes but horrible for taking a fast drink. Perhaps a different kind of top to allow for drinking without dousing yourself in the process.
The paint on ours is peeling like crazy.
I do think that the price is rather high only because I see aluminum bottle everwhere now for a lot less money.
I would have been more impressed with this canteen had it been designed differently. The quality of the product is great, no complaints. The look I would change.
