The quilt is made up of charming floral patterned fabrics in deep rose red, chambray blue, and wheat gold and yellow on a natural ground. It looks just right in my new Victorian home. Perfect weight, not too light, not too heavy. Generous size! The quilt hangs down 19" on the sides. (May fit more like a bedspread on a full sized bed.) Great value. I could not be more pleased!
This quilt was better than expected except it did need to have a bed skirt under it as it didn't go to the floor as pictured. The colors and quality are wonderful! I did have problems with the matching pillow though. The zipper pulled apart and I called them and they replaced it with not cost to me at all. Shipping to send back was covered. When I received the second one- again it wasn't zipped completely, but it hasn't pulled apart. The zipper isn't good quality for such a great looking pillow. Overall I am satisfied with the look and service I recieved.
This quilt is beautiful! It has a traditional pattern, but the rich, deep colors give it a more contemporary feeling than other quilts. Beautifully-made, warm and cozy. As noted by a few other reviewers, the light color in this quilt is a not white, but rather is a warm natural color, which I think complements the deep colors in the rest of the quilt better than white would. This quilt would like nice with many styles of decor, and would be appropriate for a more masculine style as well. Looks great with my old wood floors. Lovely!
Love this quilt. Great colors; red, blue green, gold - looks great on our log bed...would love to have sheets that match the reverse side - beige and red stripe (not flannel)....we have a deep mattress, so a few more inches on the quilt would have been perfect, but it works just fine!!!!
