Comfortable & lightweight

They do run a size too small. I always wear size 4, but I needed a 6 in these. They wrinkle more easily than I'd prefer but dry quickly and pack easily--lightweight.

South Peak Zip-Off Hiking Pants, Women's
PostedMarch 11, 2010
Fabric in this garment is good. Color good. Size and fit very disappointing.
I have worn the same size for over 20 years. I ordered my size; sent those back and paid the S&H fee. Next size up was ordered and will have to send these back. I am disappointed that I will be paying another shipping fee. I was advised by LLBean that if I ordered one size up I would have proper fit.

Order Up a Size
PostedMarch 6, 2010
I took other reviewer's advice and ordered up one size. I'm glad I did. Normally I'm a size 4, but the size 6 was the correct size to fit me here. A little snug in the hips, but not too bad. I do wish the pockets were bigger/deeper. Fabric is very light and packable. I can see great use when you need sun/wind/bug protection of long pants on a warm day without the weight. Even so, the option of shorts makes these pants very versitile.

These pants were not "woman" sized; possibly a juniors or slimmer, but entirely appropriate that advisement was given that these "run small" and to order a size larger.
