The pictures in the instructions were correct and easy to follow. The narrative along with the pictures was not accurate.
The only complaint I have about the product itself is that the doors have no mechanism to keep them closed. If your floor is not level, the doors will keep swinging open. There needs to be a magnet or some type of closure to keep the doors closed.
I love this entertainment console, fits great with my style, easy to assemble,was well packed and arrived quickly. Very sturdy and the ivory color is lovely.
I had absolutely no problem with assembly - lay out the pieces - each one is lettered - follow directions, and it's done. I'm nearly 60 and did it alone. Even came with two hex wrenches. Suggest you uncrate it wherever the box is and bring in the parts individualy - the whole thing is heavy. Very well made. Packed very securely - lots of packaging material to recycle! Very pleased.
Would have given 5 stars, except for the damage. Console was received timely and is exactly as pictured. Was easy to put together, and is sturdy and well constructed. Looks like it cost more and fit and finish is nice. The only problem was that the top comes assembled with pieces screwed into it. On the front facing piece the piece was split all the way through where it was screwed into top. Called customer service. They were very polite and helpful and told me they would contact manufacturer to try to get a new top. We received the new top one week later and it has no flaws.
