We love this entertainment center! This is a great value for the price when you compare similar entertainment centers sold elsewhere. If you like a cottage look, you'll love this and the other painted cottage furniture. We had no problems with assembly.
Overall, I was very pleased with this piece of furniture. It was extremely easy to put together. The shipping package was extemely heavy, but that's to be expected. The packaging was excellent, and no pieces had defects. The instructions were easy to follow and all I needed was a phillips' screwdriver and an adult beverage.
I had been looking at the entertainment console for a year, trying to decide. I read all the reviews, some of which gave concerns about this piece, and that made me hesitant. I finally bought it and LOVE it. Our only problem was a missing screw and LL Bean took care of it promptly. My husband was able to put the item together without a lot of help, and that is a major accomplishment! Says a lot for the instruction manual and the ease of construction. So glad I bought this. I highly recommend it!
Got it three days after ordering. No nicks or scratches. Wicked easy to assemble. Great green color for the lodge. Read all the other reviews and guess that the problems were mosty caused by incorrect assembly.
