I love this jacket because of its great flexibility in the fabric and side panels, which allows me to dress comfortably in layers. It does a great job keeping out moisture and keeping heat in. I really wish it had a hood!!!! If this jacket had a hood it would complete it, making it one of the best fall and spring jackets ever! I also like using it for a really extra-warm liner in the very cold winter. I also love the zipper shield at the top of the jacket near your face. It's an excellent little feature! I wish it was offered in more colors and with a hood.
I am an avid LL Bean shopper and was looking to replace another LL Bean fleece which was 10 years old. This fleece just did not feel right. It was also much too small. I usually wear a small or medium and the medium was too tight. The color was nice, however.
