I am a petite woman (2P-4P) who finds it difficult to buy jackets online. I decided to try the XSmall size and was pleasantly surpised how well it fit me! Because it fits close to the body, there isn't any extra material that bunches up when you sit down or layer it under a shell. I would definitely recommend this jacket to friends!
I liked a lot about this jacket. I does not really show up on the screen, but the side panels are not solid but actually have a very slight micro check pattern to them, a nice detail. There are plenty of pockets and drawstrings to keep you organized and bundled up. The fit is closer than most jackets, but I liked that. Interestingly, it is also wind-blocking fleece but does not make the odd sound the that the material on the Wind Challenger fleece does when it flexes and bends. The only downside was the longer back. It made the jacket bunch up on me when I pulled the drawstrings. But this may only be my personal dislike. Others might be happy for the extra coverage.
Love this jacket. Nice and toasty. I am a 10-12 and bought the large which allows me to wear a turtleneck or sweater under it. Like the idea it is waterproof and windproof.
I purchased the Mountain Sport fleece about a month ago and love it! Its warm, yet stylish. I normally order an x-small jacket from Beans but thanks to the description which stated " fits close to the body", I went with a small and it's a perfect fit! Thanks again for a job well done!
