I was a bit skeptical when I first received this coat because it seemed fairly thin to stand up to the freezing New England winters. Was I wrong! This jacket is as warm as any thick down or puffy parka I have ever owned and with the long length, even keeps my legs toasty. I have spent hours outside in it walking my dog and have never felt cold. Plus the fact that is it thinner gives it less bulk. I did order a size up to give room to wear sweaters underneath - it turned out to be a little less fitted in the waist than it appears online but fits fine. Love it!
This is the coat that I've been searching for. I love the color and the fit. I'm 5'2 and 120lbs and wasn't sure whether to order a small or medium petite. I ordered the medium in dark mushroom and it fits perfect. Even with heavy sweaters. It keeps me warm and isn't bulky when driving. If I had a complaint, it would be that it does have alot of static so I've sprayed it with static guard and it helps. I've had sooo many compliments with this coat!
I just love this coat. I got the short jacket version in black and while I also love that one my legs would be cold on really bitter winter mornings. I got this coat in loden (green) and it is really pretty and I've received lots of compliments on it. It looks great with boots - very fashionable. This is the warmest coat and I really love that no animals were harmed to make it. It is very easy to care for - just turn it inside out and throw it in the washer and dryer - It comes out looking brand new!!
