I ordered this coat because I have been wearing the faux-shearling vest for 8 years and I love it. This coat is not of the same quality. The cut of the coat is for a much shorter person (I am 5'8"). The bust and waist didn't come close to being in the right place, On a shorter person the coat would be very long. I think this would be a very warm coat and the hood is nice. A bigger size would have been too bulky and not very flattering. Used free shipping - won't do that again. Package sat in distribution PO waiting to be sent to my PO. Returning this and ordering a totally different coat from LLBean.
Would prefer that the zipper goes all the way up to where the body of the coat meets the hood...also drawstring in the hood so it can be tightened. Otherwise this is a good product...like the pockets and the sleeve length.
