ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I ordered this coat in the petite XS, have already washed it once to see how it would do and have been very pleased! The sleeve length is perfect and the fit is great (I'm 5 feet tall and slender for reference). Very warm coat! The coat washed well too and I saw no signs of shrinkage. I ordered it in Chamois and that color was on sale. I liked this coat so much that I've ordered the middle length version (simply called "coat length") in the Dark Mushroom color. I've had no problems with lint or fuzz but did wash it and throw in the dryer so that may have helped.
Like some of the other reviewers mentioned, the zipper is a bit hard to navigate. You have to make sure it is pushed down hard in order for it to zip up. However, the bottom line for my wife is that she just didn't care for it. The lining stuck to her clothes and it made wearing the coat uncomfortable. There were some things that she did like, but not enough to warrant keeping it.
Though I have worn this coat every day since receiving it, I continue to be very frustrated with getting the zipper to work smoothly. I takes me forever to get it started
