I ordered this last fall and have worn it several times, but not as often as I had expected. The pockets are very bulky, the body fit is oddly loose at the bottom, and it feels unusually heavy. It is also shorter than I had realised, and the loose fit means that the wind comes whistling up the back! The bits that fit feel cosy and warm, but it doesn't do the job. Sorry LLBean.
From the pictures, this sweatshirt looks slim fit, but its not, just regular sweatshirt fit. I am 5'9" and ordered a medium. The hood was too small to cover all of my hair, the sleeves were too short, and the body too wide (though the shoulders were the right width so I know I got the right size). Sorry Bean.
This hoodie is more a jacket than just a sweatshirt with a zipper. Love it! It has a thick layer of soft lining and feels cozy, warm, and comfotable. I'm normally a small size in shirts but did return the small for a medium as I liked the extra room for layering. Planning on taking this on vacation to the Washington State coast in late summer. Should be perfect for cooler nights and beach fires.
