I got the mulberry sweatshirt two weeks ago and have barely taken it off! I wear it both inside the house to ward off the chill, and outside on pretty cold days, and it's kept me the perfect temperature in every situation. I'm 5'4" and size 10-12 and ordered the large. It's a perfect fit, and despite other reviews I have not found the arms to be tight since they are only lined with fabric, not the same fleece as the hood and body. I also have the long sleeve shirred t-shirt in the mulberry stripe, and the two look so cute together!
Very comfy jacket for cool weather. I like that it is fitted, so it is more flattering. I've used it as a warm layer under my Thinsulate Vest for extended outdoor activities, when the jacket alone is not enough.
My only negative is that the hood doesn't really fit--it is too short to stay on my head. I am tall and have a long neck, but I've never run into this problem before, including with other LL Bean hooded jackets. I guess I will have to wear a separate hat when wearing this jacket.
as soon as i saw this on the magazine i said, i have to have this! but, i am an apple figure, carry my weight on the top and things that zip up are always too tight, and a hoodie thats lined? i thought didnt want to go there, i might look bulky like a ball...but NOT this jacket. it is not bulky at all...I LOVE IT..easley zips up and is very comfortable, not tight at all and it is not big like a mans jacket either, it is just perfect and soooo soft. I am going to order one for my husband too!!! oh and the zipper pockets are a big plus!! and repeat: soooo soft
This fleece lined hoodie is the greatest. It is so warm you can wear it as a light weight jacket or a heavy weight sweater. The pacific blue color that I ordered is beautiful. It has a suede feel to it. This is great for Wisconsin weather, all year long.
