There should be a warning label on this item: CAUTION: 1)May cause extreme drowsiness (wearing this unbelievably plush hoodie may result in the compulsion to take a nap!) and 2)May be habit forming! (Truth be told, shortly after the first one arrived I immediately ordered another one in blue!) Worse, yet, I'm thinking about ordering a third in ivory...Shoppers, you've been warned ;-)
I would love this hoodie if it fit. I am wearing a regular L. L. Bean sweatshirt in size large that fits perfectly. I ordered an XL in this one after reading the reviews, but even though it is supposed to be relaxed fit it is too small. I can get the women's size but will have to pay $5 more and then receive women size catalogs forever. Good thing I get free returns or I would be upset.
After reading so many reviews, I finally ordered a fleece-lined sweatshirt for women. I am 5'4'', small frame. I usually wear a small, and I ordered a medium. I am glad I did, as it fits just right. Not too tight, but not too huge. It looks and feels PERFECT. Sleeves are lined with a smooth jersey knit material. The sleeves and body are a perfect length for me.
