Received product for Christmas, warmest and coziest sweatshirt that I ever worn. Since Christmas, I have purchased one for my daughter. I also have several friends who have purchased this garment. It looks great, feels wonderful, keeps you warm and very affordable.
Found the size to be smaller than what i had anticipated from earlier purchases - had to get larger size - would appreciate ties in the hood part - love the warm, fleecy inside - blue color is neat
This jacket has been brought back to the store 3 times in less than one year. The first two times it had fraying and the third time the zipper broke. Luckily, your policy for returning defective merchandise is excellent and because my daughter loves the fleece lining, I have always gotten a replacement. However, I have to drive 20 min to the store each time which causes an inconvenience. And at some point the jacket will probably not be available to exchange.
