I have three of these hoodies and I wear them all the time, but there are two things about them that could be improved. First, the jersey lining in the sleeves just doesn't cut it for warmth. The sleeves are downright cold. I suggest using a light polyfill quilted lining. That would make the sleeve warmer and easier to slide over clothing. Second, the cuffs on the sleeves stretched with the first wearing, and after many wearings they now are quite droopy. More elastane in the ribbed fabric would correct that.
I bought a kid size one for my son first and it looked so snuggly that i decided to buy one for me. Must admit that I haven't worn it on a really cold day, but it is nice and warm. The only thing that affects the comfort is that the lining adds quite a lot of weight to it so it feels quite heavy which detracts from the comfort.
