Got this for my wife and she loves it. Very well made and warm. Like most of the LL Bean products the quality and price make it a great deal. You won't be dissapointed. Not quite the mens Kattadoun but close.
I've only had it for a week. So I can't offer any perspective about its longevity, durability, or washability. However, it is so dramatically comfortable and cozy I have been reluctantly struggling to take it off to dress for work each day, and zipping myself into its cozy interior every night when I come home. Good, thick, rich feeling cotton and an excellent fit. My only complaint would be that L.L. Bean should have gone whole hog and lined the sleeves with the super-soft fleece as well. Keep that in mind, Bean, for the next version!
This is warm and soft and cuddly. But it does run small. I wear a large in all other Bean jackets (of which, ahem, I own more than I should), but when this one arrived, I was disappointed to find it downright skimpy. Five minutes later, tho, I had ordered it by phone in XL. So order up - and you'll love it.
