I knew I wanted one of these hoodies as soon as I saw it in the catalogue. I read the reviews concerning sizing and decided to go with the medium (my normal size in shirts/tops) and not to size up. I'm glad that I did. The hoodie fits well over a cotton shirt. (If you intend on wearing sweaters underneath this, then I would order one size up.) The only feature I wasn't thrilled with was the cuffs. I wish they would be a bit more "stretch" material to hug the wrist and not simply a band of cotton ... it actually looks as if it was stretched out. Not a show stopper ... I would definitely order this item again in a heartbeat!
This may be the item I give to everyone on my Christmas list! I ordered myself one in rich berry and love it--oh so soft, warm, and cozy. I have so far ordered the men's version for my husband and another for my son for Christmas and am thinking about a few more! It is fitted but I wore my usual size small in it so I didn't find it too fitted.
I read the reviews for this hoodie before I ordered it. It's my fault that I didn't listen. The product was a big disappointment to me. It's not warm, the lining doesn't feel like a warm fleece at all. The cut is rather skimpy & snug...not comfortable on me, although the sleeves are long enough to cover my hands. I'll probably wear it for this season but then who knows?
I just got my sweatshirt a week ago and I've already worn it about 6 times, it is so soft and cozy, I love it. It is wise to order up a size. I wear an LLBean Large usually but ordered the XL after reading that it fit kind of small, and it's just right, you need the extra room for layering.
