I was looking for a comfy hoodie for when I have to walk my dog on cold and rainy nights. I bought this one because it was "fleece lined" but that turned out to be an understatement. The fleece looks and feels more like fur. It's the coziest, toastiest fleece I ever owned. I love it.
I love this hoodie! It’s very warm. Fits well, looks smart. I got this Hoodie in cream, size medium. I usually wear size small in L.L. Bean’s shirts and jackets. The medium fits very well because it’s lined with the fuzzy fleece. I would recommend trying it out for yourself. I think getting a size up would be a good idea. You wouldn’t want this to fit too snug. The length is o.k., sits on high hip. Would like to see it a couple of inches longer, though. Sleeves fit perfectly. I am 5’8” tall and 130 lbs.
I read the other reviews before purchasing this item and they were right about the sizing being a bit more snug. And the arm length a bit longer. I just ordered a Medium when the other LL Bean fleece that I have is a small. and it fits great. And it is so soft inside. It is perfect for the cool fall mornings and will be great with a sweater on underneath.
