This hoodie is amazing! It's super snuggly and it keeps me nice and toasty during the winter months. The pacific blue color is gorgeous and I love it so much that I'm thinking about getting a second one in cream. Thank you LL Bean for selling such a great product!
Seems very well made, but since this is cotton it weights a ton and actually felt uncomfortable. I am used to feather-weight of fleece jackets and this would bother me. I am returning it.
I got my jacket in, was a bit too small with a layer under it, so retuned for a larger size. (It is fitted a bit more than slightly, as advertised.) It is one of my favorite outer layers! Warm & cozy, soft, yet durable. In fact, I ordered another one so I'll not be without one (while one is in the laundry)! Wonderful and durable construction - I sew and look for details of construction. Getting it on sale was a bonus - it's worth every penny at the ads price!
This is a nice warm, comfy jacket. I wore it over a flannel shirt in the mid-40s with a brisk wind and was quite comfortable. If you're going to wear layers under it, order a size larger because it is form-fitting.
The only thing I don't like is that there are no drawstrings to tighten the hood and it tends to blow off in the wind. Other than that, it's great.
