I loved the feel of this jacket but it is too fitted for me. I also wish the length was a little longer. I found myself pulling it down and I am not tall. I am returning it but have recommended it to my petite daughter.
This hoodie is supremely soft, cuddy and broken in. The lining is so soft and the exterier is like buttah. I got the aqua which is a really pretty shade. I'm a size 6 and orginally ordered the small which is usually what I take. It was huge on me. In my opinion fitting much more like a medium or roomy size 8. I exchanged it for the xs which fit in a more tailored way but by no means tight, snug or small anywhere. I'm really never an xs so this most definatley runs big. I have no idea what the other reviewers who say it runs small are talking about! It is a really nice value for the money.
I ordered this jacket almost as soon as I saw it in the catalogue, and I was very pleased with it when it arrived. The outer material is supple, and the lining is unlike any I've seen before, with longish fibers, a slight creamy sheen, and terrific softness. This will be just the jacket for brisk autumn days. Like others, I found my normal size (large) to fit snuggly with just a t-shirt underneath, so I ordered another jacket in extra-large. That size is roomy without being baggy, so now I'll be able to layer.
I disagree with the other reviewers re: ordering one size up. I'm 5'4" 120 lbs. and I ordered the XS, my normal size, and it fits perfectly. The hoodie is incredibly soft, and the fleece is really high quality. It's sooo worth the price. I almost can't wait until November when it'll be cool enough in Texas that I can actually wear it!
