I bought this to use during the VA winter months, and I'm already wearing it around the house in July! I love the soft fleece lining; the xsmall is a little bit bigger then what I expected, but it still fits nicely. I ordered it in Sweet Pea, and it's a gorgeous rich color, and good quality. It has a nice weight to it, without being bulky, and that's a huge plus on my list!!! I'm ordering another one for myself and my mother. This was a great buy!
Poof! Everything you love about Belgian chocolate, lazy Saturday mornings, and six-week-old puppies has suddenly been rolled up into one sweatshirt! Smooth, comfortable, and fun, the Fleece-Lined LL Bean hoodie takes the sweatshirt cake. The inside fleece is dreamy soft (fleece is an understatement, BTW... this is lush). And the outer sweatshirt layer feels broken-in, right from the package. My only wish (as always) would be for LL Bean to give the ladies one more inch in arm length. As is, the length of this beauty fits just barely, but if it shrinks any in the wash, I'll be out of luck. Kudos to Bean for my favorite sweatshirt ever.
I've been waiting for the female version of the fleece hoodie. I've purchased them for my grandchildren and they love them. I will be purchasing another one however, I can't decided on the color. I did find the fit especially with the sleeves was very snug. I wanted a snug fit but had to purchase a size larger to get into the sleeves.
Most sweaters and sweatshirts (and even a lot of fleece items) are soft on the outside but not on the inside.
This hoodie, on the other hand, is SO very soft on the inside and outside - with different material. The outside feels like a normal sweatshirt, but the inside feels like an ultra-soft teddy bear.
