This product was a gift and when I looked it over, it was a good quality item. The hoodie itself was a solid heavyweight material that I think will last a long time.
ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, has a bad pocket zipper
I bought this last year and L.O.V.E. it. The whole family got one and it's a great, overall hoodie. The only problem, which is why it gets 4 stars instead of 5, is that my pocket zippers constantly came off their track - like they hadn't been sewn together at the right place to keep the zipper mechanism from zipping right off the teeth. Eventually one zipper mechanism fell off the pocket altogether, and I got sick and tired of re-fixing the other one. Slightly disappointing because I really liked the fact that the pockets zipped. Still, a great, soft, warm hoodie for everyone in the family.
I ordered my fleece lined hoodie according to the size I normally wear but found it to run smaller than usual. I returned it for a larger size because everything else about it met the LLBean standards. It would be helpful if the description of the product noted that if it is to be considered as outerwear, allow room for layering by ordering a size larger. Thanks for the input that will possibly guide future buyers purchases.
