This is absolutely my favorite jacket! I got my first jacket in a kids XL 18 size and it fits fine. I liked it so much that I decided to order another one in another color - choosing to order the women's because I thought the cut might be more flattering. Unfortunately, it seems that flattering means tighter. I ordered an XS - which is what I've always ordered on all other LLBean apparel in the past. With only a turtle neck on, I was barely able to get this on and then it felt like the circulation was being cut off in my arms and chest. I would definitely recommend ordering one size up. Otherwise, I can't say enough about this jacket. Its quality definitely lives up to the LLBean name.
i bought the pink, zip up, fleece-lined hoodie for my wife. it was a pretty pink with a heavy fleece lining. at first, she wanted to send it back because the sleeve cuffs had no gathering. but she liked everything else so much that she overlooked that flaw and kept it anyway. it's a warm and heavy, very comfortable, and cozy midseason coat. you'll love it.
I liked this hoodie so much I bought another. It is great for the fall with it's soft warm fleecy inside. The only complaint I have is that the sleeves could be a little looser. A bit of a struggle to keep long sleeve shirts from bunching up. Certainly no deterrent to wearing though.
This is the warmest, coziest thing I own! The fit is true to size. I chose this over the unhooded version because the pockets lay nice & flat. I'm looking forward to more football games in comfort. Love it!
